The Via Ferrata of Pentumas is located in the Supramonte of Oliena within the Lanaitto valley.
Once you reach the “Sa Oche” refuge and park the car, you take the path that leads to the heart of the Badde Pentumas Canyon.
Once you reach a huge limestone amphitheatre, you put on the equipment to proceed safely up to the start of the via Ferrata.
The equipped route winds between imposing rock walls that offer panoramic glimpses of the Badde Pentumas Canyon.
Once the equipped section has been completed, the view opens onto the suggestive Lanaitto Valley.
There are two possibilities available to hikers to return to the "Sa Oche" refuge: an exciting abseiling descent or a trek along a challenging path between coal yards and old mule tracks.
